Mr. Vernon Williams

Vernon is President of Business Transition Services Inc. (BTS) which he started in 2010.  Through BTS, Mr. Williams is on a mission to improve the success ratio of telecommunications firms undergoing mergers, acquisitions, or strategic transitions. Mr. Williams spent twenty-seven years with GTE Telephone Operations and GTE Data Services in positions of increasing responsibility. During that time and since, he has led or been actively engaged in 19 telecommunications strategic transformation projects both nationally and internationally.

He directed call centers of over 800 personnel, project managed four ERP systems conversions for CLECs, managed an international software division to 20% CAGR for six years and stepped in as interim CIO to stabilize a Fortune 1000’s IT operations in a time of trouble.  Most recently Mr. Williams served as General Manager and CEO for PalmettoNet, a broadband fiber optic carrier’s carrier and Spirit Telecom, a CLEC providing MPLS network and VoIP services.


Mr. William H. Hiller

Bill serves as CEO of Air Analytics Institute a healthcare diagnostic technology development company and has over 25 years of experience of managing rapidly growing companies in multiple industries;.  Prior to Tandem Transit, Bill served as Chairman of the Board and had an active management role at Nextcarrier Telecom, Inc. an earlier participant in the VoIP enhanced services arena. Founder and CEO of Pilot HSA Systems, Inc. a technology platform focused on the emerging HSA marketplace.  Bill served as the Managing Director of Emerging Technologies for the Southeast region of Arthur Andersen.  In this capacity, he assisted emerging companies across the region with business management, product development plans and obtaining of financing.  He has directed Outsource services, software, manufacturing and insurance service organizations through various stages of growth.  To date, Bill has provided his services to approximately 50 early stage companies, like Interland, Sageworks , E-company store, Copper River, Realm technology, Cryolife, ProNvest,  PilotHSA , and Sprout.

Bill has successfully founded four companies, companies (Capella Systems, FTP Services, Comverge systems (Vis-à-Vis), and PilotHSA systems), Bill has been involved in creating, developing and introducing over 50 products and services (The IRMA family, Crosstalk, Dark Horse testers), to the marketplace. He has successfully commercialized a number of technologies, and He also has extensive experience in developing sales and marketing strategies for both product and services organizations and he has managed distribution channels both domestically and internationally.

Mr. Charles Nahabedian

Charles has over 12 years of experience as a consultant to management in telecom, IT, manufacturing, software and banking.  He has been a senior executive for over 30 years in wireless, telecom carrier, and computer system businesses for small and Fortune 50 companies. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of VideoKall, Inc., President of Charles Edward Associates, Inc., and Director of Mendham Area Senior Housing Corp. His previous positions are VP Corporate Development for LastMile Communications, Ltd., CEO and Managing Director of dotWAP Pty., VP & Managing Director for Ultrapro International, Inc., VP Commercial Communications Systems for Hazeltine Corporation, VP Corporate Development for Cingular Interactive, Program Manager at Fidelity Capital, and Director Federal Government Services for AT&T.

Mr. Joseph P. Gillette

Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Stage 2 Networks, LLC., Mr. Gillette has twenty-two years of experience within the telecommunications industry. Mr. Gillette established himself as an industry pioneer as founder of Gillette Global Network, one of New York's earliest and most successful CLEC's. As GGN progressed, Mr. Gillette merged GGN with Eureka Broadband in December, 2000 to create Eureka Networks and ran the combined entity for 4 years; shortly thereafter, Eureka was sold to Broadview Networks for $100M. Mr. Gillette has raised over $60M in investor capital during his entrepreneurial career and over $6M in his capacity as founder and CEO of Stage 2 Networks, LLC.
